The RBA, formerly the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition, is a non-profit organization committed to supporting the rights and well-being of workers and communities worldwide.

 

OFP supports the RBA's vision for a global electronics industry that creates sustainable value for workers, the environment, and businesses. We also support the RBA's mission to ensure members, suppliers, and stakeholders collaborate to continuously improve working and environmental conditions through leading global standards and practices.

 

By implementing the RBA code in its own operations, OFP can guarantee that business ethics, employment conditions and environmental conditions are maintained to the highest standards. We make sure all our employees are in a safe, hygienic, and positive work environment.

 

OFP is also ensuring all of its suppliers abide by the RBA Code of Conduct and will promote continual improvement with respect to human rights, elimination of forced labour, slavery and human trafficking, health and safety, environment, responsible sourcing of materials, anti-corruption, ethics, and fair business practices. This includes proactively verifying supplier’s compliance to the standards and ensuring that they have implemented effective management systems in their businesses to sustain the RBA code.
